Our Philosophy
Mankato Chemical Health, LLC is a Substance Use Outpatient treatment program offering both Intensive Outpatient programming as well as a low intensity track . This program is an evidenced based program with a holistic component. Our programs put your individual needs at the forefront of your treatment. We believe in the power of healing and look forward to providing a positive treatment experience to our clients and in our community. Our goal is to offer integrated treatment models to all clients.

Mankato Only

Affordable Chemical Health Assessments
If you are in need of only an assessment they are provided at an affordable cost of $155.
Our Services
Acupuncture
Clients will have the option to utilize acupuncture in a group setting. Acupuncture will be provided by a licensed acupuncturist. Clients are not required to, but encouraged engage in these services as part of treatment for the full holistic experience. (not offered in Waseca)
Stress Management
Stress management exercises through body movement and breathing is incorporated into treatment programming.
Peer Support Services and Transportation
Peer support specialists assist clients with finding strengths and assets to develop skills needed for recover. They can also help with transportation to treatment if this is an area of need.
Tuina
Clients will have the opportunity to participate in Tuina. Tuina is an acupuncture session that stimulates energy flow, relieves pain, reduces stress and support over all wellness. (not offered in Waseca)
Nutrition
Education related to nutrition and balanced eating will be provided. Clients will have the option for a referral to a dietitian who can evaluate their personal nutritional needs as well help with preparing healthy meals.
Individual Treatment Planning
All clients will meet with their counselor weekly for ongoing treatment planning.
Certified Peer Recovery Services
All clients will have access to working with an on staff Certified Peer Support Specialist. Counseling staff will assist with this process.
