Our Philosophy
Mankato Chemical Health, LLC is a Substance Use Outpatient treatment program offering both Intensive Outpatient programming as well as a low intensity track . This program is an evidenced based program with a holistic component. Our programs put your individual needs at the forefront of your treatment. We believe in the power of healing and look forward to providing a positive treatment experience to our clients and in our community. Our goal is to offer integrated treatment models to all clients.

Intensive Outpatient Schedule

Low Intensity Outpatient Schedule
Mankato Only
Wednesdays AM Program: 9:45am-12:15pm
PM Program: 4:45pm-7:15 pm
*All clients will meet with counselor for an individual session bi-weekly*
Affordable Chemical Health Assessments
If you are in need of only an assessment they are provided at an affordable cost of $155.
Our Services
Acupuncture
Clients will have the option to utilize acupuncture in a group setting. Acupuncture will be provided by a licensed acupuncturist. Clients are not required to, but encouraged engage in these services as part of treatment for the full holistic experience. (not offered in Waseca)
Stress Management
Stress management exercises through body movement and breathing is incorporated into treatment programming.
Transportation
We currently offer transportation for clients to and from treatment programming through our peer support specialist. (not offered in Waseca)
Massage Therapy
All clients will receive a certificate for a 30 minute massage mid way through programming, if the client so chooses. If the client chooses to utilize a specific massage therapist this will be granted. Other self care options can be discussed if this option does not work for for the client. (not offered in Waseca)
Nutrition
Education related to nutrition and balanced eating will be provided. Clients will have the option for a referral to a dietitian who can evaluate their personal nutritional needs as well help with preparing healthy meals.
Individual Treatment Planning
All clients will meet with their counselor weekly for ongoing treatment planning.
Certified Peer Recovery Services
All clients will have access to working with an on staff Certified Peer Support Specialist. Counseling staff will assist with this process. (not offered in Waseca)
